1. There were 3 other couples that went with us on this trip and they all had a bad experience checking in.

The bad:We had to change rooms at first b/c the area behind the min fridge reeked of urine (I'm not sure if a drunk person or a child had an "accident"- but it STANK)On the third day of our stay we were woken up at 9:30 am by an incredibly loud fire alarm- we rushed downstairs thinking it was an emergency only to find out that they were "testing the fire alarms.

6. And that's really too bad, because the Waldorf-Astoria Reach resort is a great facility at a great location - you leave the place almost feeling sorry for the physical building for its being operated by incompetent kids.

8. The bad part is that this resort is it is on the Atlantic side of the key and the water is colder and murkier and the surf is rougher.

10. Where the communication with the front desk? I mean all in all this wasn't that bad but we were there on our honeymoon and the constant interruptions were getting old.
