And the door didn't close properly and made a loud banging
noise
all the time, but I jammed some papers between it and the wall and that quieted it down (although it made the door hard to open and close).

The hotel is right off of a busy freeway, so I'd suggest requesting a room that faces the back of the hotel to limit the
noise
level.
