As part of their Sleep Advantage program, the hotel includes a package with an eye mask, linen spray, ear plugs, and a sleep CD, but the CD player was clear across the other room instead of closer to the bed--they probably could have replaced the regular alarm with the CD player (which has alarm capabilities) and placed it closer to the bed so as not to disturb neighbors.

2. The biggest negative is that the cleaning staff does not pay attention to the "Do Not disturb" sign on the door and come busting into the room anyways.
