However, when you check in at 3:00 and say that is not going to work for you and are told ' We are still cleaning rooms we will get back to you' is it wrong to assume that they are going to 'get back with you' and when you return from dinner at 7:00 pm they will have moved you into one of those now 'clean' rooms?Instead you have been ignored completely? OK maybe it won't be that bad.

4. They finally found it and told me that I had been shown as a no show the previous night but admitted that the reservation had been put on the wrong night.
