1. The lounge area appeared nice but once seated at the bar we could barely hear one another over the loud, clanking, heating unit.

2. Each room has an interior facing public balcony area and a very small exterior (facing a very busy and loud highway) private balcony.

3. That hotel was so loud with really unclassy people doing a 'stomp' dance in the hallway, running/stumbling around the hotel, etc.

4. Only downside is hotel is right off of Southwest Freeway and the parallell-runing US59, so if room is on front side (near roadways) noise from traffic may be loud.

6. -they put us on the eighth floor when we have toddlers and the lock on the door to the outside balcony didn`t work-housekeeping didn`t service our room until around 4pm -room service never answered the phone-NO FREE breakfast-if neighbors are being too loud, you`ll notice.
