1. Honestly, the only negative thing about this hotel is the difficulty in getting to it (just off of the exit so that you have to cross two lanes of quick traffic), but that's the city of Houston being poorly laid out and not a negative reflection on the hotel.

2. The ceilings outside the lobby bathrooms and business center were bubblesd up and obviously poorly repainted after some sort of water damage and the air intake vents were all filthy.
