1. The business center in the lobby has very old, slow and outdated computers and the printer uses a very weird toggle box sort of set-up that made printing very awkward with more than one user trying to use the space.

3. I also thought service in the hotel restaurant was slow, the TV in the bedroom area was broken, one day I didn't receive room cleaning service and front desk staff wasn't the most helpful when I asked for attention to my concerns.
