1. The workout room is next to the pool and has 2 treadmills, a bike, and a broken elliptical, as well as a couple weight machines and free weights.

I checked in, went to the room and -no joke- the lock was off the hinge, the AC was broken (it was 90+ degrees during our visit), the towels were dirty with holes in them, the lamp was caked with dirt as well as coffee like stains, and best of all we found a bug actually crawling in the bed when we inspect the bed sheets after removing the covers.

9. I also thought service in the hotel restaurant was slow, the TV in the bedroom area was broken, one day I didn't receive room cleaning service and front desk staff wasn't the most helpful when I asked for attention to my concerns.
