1. Honestly, the only negative thing about this hotel is the difficulty in getting to it (just off of the exit so that you have to cross two lanes of quick traffic), but that's the city of Houston being poorly laid out and not a negative reflection on the hotel.

2. I went online and saw some negative comments, so I almost decided not to stay here but decided to give it a chance and if I didn't like it when I got there, I'd just leave and find another place.
