was being double charged after our check out (we paid with cash but still had a charge on the credit card for almost 2 weeks).

s (safe+internet) should never have happened if the hotel had checked that everything worked in the room (as mentioned above, we did not check in early.

Vi Chem, the overnight manager, did not hesitate to assist us personally with a passport
