"Room OK but the most terrible service ever. Even for free, I'd never set foot here again. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/5/2011 Vote
2. The room was very quiet (I know others had complained about the trains, but it was dead quiet) and luxurious.
"Why doesn't this hotel have a higher rating? It was lovely! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/27/2009 Vote
3. When I complained the next morning to the front desk, the staff person only suggested that during my next stay there, I should inquire about reserving a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the train tracks if I am bothered by the noise.

4. When we arrived at the front desk and complained that we were not informed of the possibility of consistent train noises throughout the night, the hotel not only did not offer an apology, but attempted to charge us for a full night stay after 5 hours.
