1. The hotel is pretty, my room 520 had big chips on the outside door, bathroom fixtures were dirty and the bathroom light switch was crooked, Really a 5 star?I was so hoping to be really wow'ed but that underwhelmed me.

3. I just read one review and have to agree: the carpets are a bit dirty, the room not fresh smelling (like smoke), mold on the shower curtain, and all the furnishings and paint a bit shabby.
