1. But I think in nice hotels, the thing that most irritates me is charging for wifi when cheaper hotels offer it free.

2. The staff was friendly and the place was nice, but I left irritated that the management of this hotel took away my perogative and pleasure in tipping for good service at every turn and I doubt the deserving staff ever sees much if any of these service fees.
