1. After I asked twice why it was taking so long they said soft boiled eggs take longer; huh? The English muffin had clearly been re-toasted to be hot (since the eggs took FOREVER) so it was dry and hard :-(.

3. Check-in was very smooth, the hotel itself has wonderful decor (my favorite is the Remington Bar), the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and most importantly, the beds were wonderful (They seemed hard at first, but it got softer the longer I stayed on it.

6. To summarize, the excellent service is hard to top in the continental US but the tired condition of the property really puts a damper on it.
