1. + Warm cookies when you check in+ Comfortable beds- Some things could use a small facelift (elevators, kitchenettes)- Lobby had a strange, musty smell when we arrived- Location is ok, basically the only thing nearby is the Galleria (a giant mall).

2. The new room was much better, it smelled fresh, had windows which could open, and was bright, although it was a little bit smaller as it was not a corner room, but still a good size with living room, kitchen and bedroom.

4. The suites are spacious, but definitely in need of an update, but on our second visit ours smelled of mildew, which was rather unpleasant (though opening the door to our balcony helped).

8. Between the smell, the noise, the rundown conditions and poor customer service I think we would have been just as well staying at a motel 6 by the airport and would have saved a lot of money.
