2. I was relocated to another hotel for my first night which kind of got things off to a bad start, but they paid for taxis there and back, threw in a free breakfast while I waited (as i had meetings booked in the hotel).

3. The only thing I can say bad about this property is that the dishwasher in the room wasn't mounted into the wall so every time I loaded the washer it almost toppled over onto my feet.
