1. When I called the doubletree at 9:00am needing a room they were amazing only being a few blocks away we rushed over valet was a little rude stating check in was at 3:00 but after ignoring the guy and walking to the front desk we were greeted with cookies and smiles.

3. Lots of small fairly minor problems I was prepared to ignore, but an overflow of sewage from another room into our bath outlet, coupled with a non-caring management team made this an incredibly scary hotel to stay in.
