1. Had an issue with the air conditioning not working and they then moved me into a SUITE.

6. We checked into the doubletree after having to check out of the embassy suites on sage due to some issues.

7. After over 30 minutes of trying to figure out the billing issue the clerk was unable to reach any managers to figure out a resolution and finally just gave us $16 cash.

8. First for the small issues - we ordered room service and they forgot the syrup for the pancakes - when I called they apologized and delivered it promplty.

9. Although the front entrance area is under construction and not very pretty right now, there's very friendly staff to guide and direct cars and there was never an issue coming or going.

10. Because there was some issues when we stayed at that hotel before, the Doubletree Guest Suites at the Houston Galleria ( best shopping Mall in the world by the way.
