3. THe most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in, staffed with the most apathetic incompetent staff I`ve met in a loing time.

4. The front desk staff tried to blame the guest on the floor above saying that they had blocked the drains with their `funny foreign food` - so the staff at this hotel are racist as well as incompetent.
