1. I travel quite a bit for work and have stayed at different types of hotels, but these are the worst beds I have every stayed in.

2. The internet service is the worst: I paid double for a 'high-bandwidth connection' instead of plain 'internet access' and am literally getting measured bandwidth slower than a dial-up modem.

3. When I got to the Westin the bell staff wasn`t nice or helpful, when we got to the front desk things got even worst, the front desk clerk was rude he was acting like he was doing us a favor by checking us in.

5. Stayed at the Westin for the annual conference and the hotel showed its worst when it had to do with our personal needs and very good when it had to show its quality vis-a-vis conference attendees.
