1. My early arrival was not a problem, I was checked in immediately.

2. I had a problem with a slow running drain in the sink, I told the front desk in the morning, and when I got back to my room later that day, the sink was completely unclogged, so they get good marks for solving problems.

3. We were on the end of the floor so we didn't have any problems with noise and didn't hear anyone in the room next to us (don't know if it was empty or not).

9. Szilvia Viktoria Szocs, the Director of Banquets, has been like a third co-chair, making sure set ups are correct, helping us resolve problems, clearly telling us what to watch for, and even going so far as to make a special cocktail, named after our association, in our group's color - purple.
