7. Also brings the typical urban hotel negatives: no free access to internet, minibar is overpriced and you are charged for simply moving things around (you can get the charge removed though), very loud atmosphere (and we were on the 14th floor), expensive parking, etc.

There is a parking garage across the street from the hotel that makes an EXTREMELY loud beeping noise each time a car exits (which is every 1-3 minutes, sometimes more often) that happens 24 hours, and the windows are not sound proof at all so you can hear this obnoxious noise constantly throughout the day and night.
