2. Being from the East, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to have an awesome lobster dinner (fresh daily from Nova Scotia) at the hotel restaurant.

3. I was shocked at how poorly maintained the hotel's fitness room is - it does not deserve a 4-star rating - the quality of sheets does not deserve a 4-star rating; I prefer Hilton - also the Hyatt at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver is better than this Westin.
