2. Downside was the 1/2 full and barely luke-warm hot tub, but we had a feeling from previous posts this was the case, although it would have been nice if management went ahead and repaired it so future posters don't have to repeat the negative review.

4. Two negatives stood out about the hotel:1) I called the front desk from the room and it took about 5 minutes before they picked up, and then on departure the next day (around 1pm) it took almost 10 minutes for the front desk to pick so that I could request my car from valet.

5. I have read many Tripadvisor reviews and I read negative ones skeptically thinking they are too pessimistic and expect too much but I don't think expecting one's forgotten items to be brought to lost and found for a week to be claimed is too much to ask.

6. Also brings the typical urban hotel negatives: no free access to internet, minibar is overpriced and you are charged for simply moving things around (you can get the charge removed though), very loud atmosphere (and we were on the 14th floor), expensive parking, etc.

9. On the negative side, parking is not included in the nightly rate, and the ramp is prohibitively expensive, causing us to use a pay lot one block away.
