1. Our weekend stay included upgrading to a mountain view King room, and upon check in found the view lacking (out of fairness it was dark but we assumed it wasn't what we upgraded to as we were on a very low floor) - one call to inquire, and within 10 minutes we were being switched to an awesome room on the18th floor which had the wonderful views we expected without a hassle or being made to feel like we were an inconvenience.

3. My complaint is the lack of on-site facilities: the lobby restaurant/bar closes early - husband and I arrived late in the evening and wanted a nightcap before going to bed, but the bar was closed at 11 p.

4. This hotel lacks of supervision, the housekeeping employee's barely change any pillow cases or linen in which you sleep in.
