1. At the end of the call the Philippina told me I could call back and enjoy her 30 mins of script reading again if I had any issues .

2. smoke signals would have been faster (process) the issue is that after you deal with Denver Airport and its HUGE processes, then the laborious rental process and adventure one really could do without more huge process at your hotel.

3. A running toilet was fixed immediately by a quick call to guest services (15 mins after our call the issue was fixed).

6. During the second half, I ran into issues like rooms like smelled like cigarettes (even though it's a non-smoking hotel) and rooms that were not thoroughly cleaned (hair on towels).
