1. Only two drawbacks: our room faced onto the inside central core of the building, so no natural light, and they applied the wrong room rate, although this was easily corrected.

3. Aside from the valet, bringing us the wrong car the first time, the service and quality of the hotel were great and it was pretty moderately priced for the area and quality of the hotel.
