There is an odor noticeable right when you walk in the first floor lobby and it smells like something
bad
(sewer issues?) that has been covered up with lots of air freshener.

Let's just say the convenience is worth the money, which wasn't even that

for a holiday weekend, a huge downtown festival, and it being just days after the Democratic National Convention.
