1. It is a tad annoying to always need a key card to get up to the elevator so I had to give the desk the names of my friends who would be in and out visiting so they could get keys to save me the trouble of having to be downstairs when they arrived.

2. Again, this ordeal would not have been as annoying if there'd been some semblance of communication from the staff - the empty platitudes without specifics were useless and watching people get rooms in front of me with no explanation was incredibly frustrating.
