1. Usually this isn't a problem, but the luggage was in our car and our husbands had gone to a movie.

5. We booked this hotel, highly rated in the TA, using the Denver Mile High Holidays deal which gave us an amazing price, but there were many small problems that really brought the irritation levels up throughout our 7 day stay.
