1. The only negative - and it's not their fault - is the coffee pot and hair dryer were 'hidden' (boutique hotel, remember).

10. For the negatives, for nearly $300 per night I thought that the hotel info binder in the room should be clean and free of the previous guests food and candy debris (it was not).
