1. I would comment on her personal appearance also but I don't want to come across as weird and creepy so just read between the lines.

2. Only weird part was that the thermostat was hard to control (has 2 separate settings for hot and cold -- they work in 'tandem'), so sometimes we had a hard time finding a good balance of the temperature.
