1. It's valet parking only but managed to get a room rate that included this so that was perfect - especially as we hardly used the car while we were here thanks to the free Mall Ride that stops out front.

3. I didn't understand why other people were receiving rooms when I was not, and no substantive clarification was provided beyond 'the maids are working very hard' and 'the hotel is very full'.

4. Only weird part was that the thermostat was hard to control (has 2 separate settings for hot and cold -- they work in 'tandem'), so sometimes we had a hard time finding a good balance of the temperature.
