1. Given the fact that its shaded for virtually the whole day it felt uncomfortably cold - especially as it was 105 degrees outside the temperature differential was massive.

2. The bathroom door is a frosted glass door that does not lock so when you go in and turn the light on, your shadow can be seen by anyone that walks by - very uncomfortable feeling for my wife and sister.
