2. AT a premium room with 4 of my employees also staying at the hotel, and returned to my room to find there had been no visit by housekeeping for the day - - dirty towels, unmade bed, room service cart still in room - -what a mess.

5. The great location (connected to the fabulous Galleria Mall) and 'heavenly' features almost make up for the slightly outdated and rundown decor (peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, lamps that don`t work,etc) - but overall not worth the price.

6. Also, as I said before, there are subtle signs that show the hotel`s age such as air conditioning vents that look somewhat dirty, the glass-block ceiling decor in the Imperial suite (dated), and the caulk around the tub that was chipped in some places.
