1. Very much a large corporate chain, all the rooms pretty much identical (benchmarked against colleagues' who were staying with me), though that said I had an end-of-corridor room which had an even larger bathroom appropriate for people with mobility issues.

2. The second issue I have with the Westin Galleria is the lack of services provided and the excessive fees for any service that is provided.

3. Tech support was not helpful and admitted that they have signal issues to the corner rooms, especially when the hotel is full and lots of people are using WiFi.

5. Service: I don't know if its a Galleria issue (I had this same issue at Houston Galleria Westin) but I just can't figure out why the cleaning staff comes at 3pm to make up your room.
