1. My ONLY issue is the internet is SLOW.

Cons: Not enough lighting in the interior rooms, the parking charges are outrageous considering that there is free parking across the street at the Galleria, the elevators are slow and there are only two (one was broken part of the time), the gym is tiny and inadequate, but there is a 24hr fitness close by.

3. I found housekeeping to be a bit slow (left room at 1030a, back at 445p and not cleaned yet) but did a nice job each day.
