Cons: Not enough lighting in the interior rooms, the parking charges are outrageous considering that there is free parking across the street at the Galleria, the elevators are slow and there are only two (one was broken part of the time), the gym is tiny and inadequate, but there is a 24hr fitness close by.

5. Well, this time, our room has several places where the molding on the corners is broken off, the doors are scuffed, the bed is lumpy, the bedside tables are stained, the toilet actually rocks when you sit down, and the bathroom smells vaguely of sewage.

6. Room's A/C was not accurate, refrigerator had warning that it was not appropriate for keeping food from spoiling (apparently just a 'mini-bar' refrigerator, with no drinks), soap dish broken, lamp broken, bed was hard.
