4. The major negative for me is hotel parking, as others have mentioned the only option is valet and $20 a night, which is ridiculous for the area, especially since the Galleria is next door and free.

Only negatives I can think about would be the views out the windows looking right at other buildings or the highway, but wasnt expecting anyway (and no issues with outdoor sound coming in), and had dinner in hotel restaurant and was not really impressed with the food for the money paid, but also not a big problem due to other food within walking distance of hotel.
