1. But based on some of the responses to other complaints, I think there is a good reason why this hotel falls well short of quality.

5. I Was very upset headed back to the front desk ready to leave the hotel with my complaints, and do to staff left the front desk with all my problems solved and will not stay anywhere ese but here for now on.
