1. The valet was the biggest donkey of all, pretty much saying that I was the problem, since he 'never had an issue with it.

4. I Was very upset headed back to the front desk ready to leave the hotel with my complaints, and do to staff left the front desk with all my problems solved and will not stay anywhere ese but here for now on.
