1. My roommate went down to the front desk and was met with an extremely rude person that he had to argue with to get the room cleaned.

2. Half done renovations, non working ice machines on two floors (there are only three ice machines in the first place) scary scary malfunctioning elevators, over priced food and drinks, rude staff.

4. We were offered breakfast coupons and when I went to claim them, the front desk person was very snotty and rude and asked me if I the name of the front desk person who offered me the coupons.

6. The continental breakfast was a joke I thought I was going to get food poising and was accosted by the person taking tickets for the breakfast, almost insinuating that I shouldn't be there until I handed the breakfast voucher, extremely rude.

8. The next morning I called down to remind the clerk that we would not be staying the second and third night and the rude clerk (not Adam -- Adam was very helpful) informed me that he had no record we ever checked in (room key in hand mind you).
