Half done renovations, non working ice machines on two floors (there are only three ice machines in the first place) scary scary malfunctioning elevators, over priced food and drinks,

The continental breakfast was a joke I thought I was going to get food poising and was accosted by the person taking tickets for the breakfast, almost insinuating that I shouldn't be there until I handed the breakfast voucher, extremely
