1. Dirty, nasty, gloomy, smelly - - - did I say dirty?????? We too complained when we were checking out only to be asked 'well did you call the front desk with your complaints?' I told her no, because I would have been scared to death to open the door and let someone in my room.

3. 1) Hot water or lack of thereof: The water was very hot and I can only assume the people who complained about this maybe were there during the renovation period and it had not been fixed at that time.
