I was going to chalk this up to just a bad experience and me being a little picky but my feelings were solidified when I was told by another person who did not stay there but who was from Charlotte that it was hands down, the worst hotel in Charlotte and people have checked in and right out to stay somewhere else.

5. Even tho I read bad review after bad review after bad review I said to myself this cant be that bad how are they staying in business I read the response from the management that they are under renovation and should be done soon I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

6. My second room was better but for the amount of money you spend it was not even comparable to a Motel 6 (not that that is bad if you are paying $49/night.

7. The parking is over priced for no one being responsible for watching over your vehicle- this place is next to a homeless shelter and the garage is in bad shape, not to mention the lights are so low its hard to drive a truck under them ( and I am talking about a light duty pick up truck).
