1. My only issues were the lack of soda choices at the snack bar and the incredibly sloooww elevators.

4. 1) Hot water or lack of thereof: The water was very hot and I can only assume the people who complained about this maybe were there during the renovation period and it had not been fixed at that time.

5. In an attempt to prevent this we put towels down but soon realized that we had no where to hang the wet towels since the bathroom completely lacks anything resembling a hook or towel rod.
