3. Sure, there are plenty of wi-fi spots in the neighborhood; but who wants to have to go out to get a signal? Don't waste time or $$$ on the terrible, expensive food in the Hotel 140's 'grill room'--there's a Starbucks 1/2 block away, & plenty of coffee bars, pastry shops, full-service restaurants & fast-food places within a few blocks.
