1. Given all that, we were more than happy with our stay, but the hotel is lacking in the more refined touches of some of the other downtown boston hotels that you might come upon in your searches.

7. I was given an upgrade to a suite (usually makes me very happy) but while the space was terrific--large sitting room/kitchen and large bedroom, it lacked many features that make a room comfortable.
