1. The 'restaurant' on the first floor is a take out sandwich place with AWFUL food, overpriced 25 times over, and AWFUL service.

4. The rooms are tiny, the smell was awful, and the fire alarm went off at 1 am.

5. It was truly awful and incredibly overpriced for what is, at best, a glorified dorm room.

6. There was garbage in the hall in front of our door, we had to return from the 8th floor to the first because they neglected to activate our key cards, the bed and pillows were awful (and when we asked for more pillows, we were told they didn't have any), there was an inch and a half gap below the door so bright light shone on the linoleum floor all night, there were many squished bugs on the window shade, the stand-up shower leaked and didn't have a single place to put products so you had to leave everything on the floor of the tiny stall, because all the flooring is linoleum, noise echoed allll night long, etc.

7. I went to the John Hancock hotel - which was like a prison, and which merits another review not to be explained here - and just about cried because I was basically stranded in a city I had never been to before with NO help from this awful, awful hotel.
