1. No one ever admitted a mistake and we had a two hour wait as well as needing to hop on the subway back downtown the next morning for our rental car which was a block away from the Hotel 140.

2. Don't be mistake by hotel entrance, the rooms are very small (see picture), no table, no bath (just shower).

3. Make sure you verify reservations because they lost ours for the first stay but recovered the mistake by upgrading us to a suite.

4. If we had of remained in a room similar to our first room I would have considered this hotel to be very overpriced, obviously since it was the hotels mistake we got the suite for the same price but beware as the booking and reception staff lacked professionalism.
