1. However, the guy at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day.

2. Parking and amenities were not adequate, room keys didn't work well, steps to get in the hotel (bad for carrying bags), rooms were small and the furnishings were below par.

The hotel in general is very good, specially for the price and location, however the room we got was too small for two people, the bed is a queen which is not bad BUT on one side there is no night table, so forget about having anithing close to you at night, and the corners of the bed frame are murder, there's so little space to walk around the bed that my legs got the worst part, the bed is on the soft side so my back was not very happy.

4. Ate at Skipjacks just across the street for dinner - would definitely recommend this for anyone, whether you want a smart meal or something more relaxed, as the food was excellent and not bad value we thought.

6. A few things to note (these are neither good nor bad in my opinion, just things that others may be interested in knowing when looking into this hotel):-The walls are PAPER THIN.

10. The hotel itself may lack some frills but if you're going to see the city and not hang out in your hotel room than it isn't a bad choice.
